The Monroe Arts Council is a non-profit organization encouraging participation in all of the fine and performing arts in Monroe.  Serving as an informational arts resource, the council is a liaison between the artists and the community.  We believe in the importance of providing opportunities for the enjoyment and growth of the arts experience in our town.
